Faro Verde Beef

Quality Begins with an Integrated Production Model Where Origin, Management, and Control Work Together.

How We Do It

We produce premium Angus beef through an integrated system built on animal welfare, traceability, and superior quality standards.

Origin

It all starts on pasture. Our cattle are born to cows raised in a grass-fed system, with natural calving and management practices that prioritize animal welfare from day one. This approach lays the foundation for balanced development and responsible production.

Development

After weaning, the animals undergo an intensive backgrounding phase lasting approximately ten months, achieving average daily weight gains of around 500 grams. This stage promotes uniform growth, strengthens development, and prepares the animals for a premium finishing phase.

Finishing

The final stage takes place in a premium feedlot over a period of 130 to 150 days, during which the animals achieve average daily weight gains of 1.24 kg. This system ensures the optimal level of finishing, with excellent fat coverage, consistent marbling, and the tenderness that distinguishes superior-quality Angus beef.
